The Software is owned by Digital Interactive Ltd and is protected by the United Kingdom copyright laws and international treaty provisions.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
You may not copy, sell, distribute or transfer any part of the Software except as provided in this agreement, and you agree to prevent unauthorised copying of the software.

You may not disassemble and use part of this product (code, graphics) in other projects.

Due to the nature of this software, you may freely modify it including text, graphics, code to make it suitable and compatible with your web site.

You are authorised to install one copy of the software for one website only. Additional licenses are required if you wish to use this software for more than one website. If you are using a multiple load balancing server system please contact us before purchasing.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES
Digital Interactive Ltd cannot be held responsible under any circumstances for damages of any character arising out of the use of this product. This software is
provided under license on an "AS IS" basis, without warranty of any kind,
expressed or implied.
